    Please check whether the pins of the strip with the splicing port are inserted correctly.
  • What is the longest length that BLEND Light Strip can be connected together?

    It is recommended that the length of the strip should not exceed 10 meters. If it is too long, it might lead to voltage attenuation.
  • Why cannot BLEND Light Strip be added?

    Try to avoid placing the strip controller in a closed environment with metal objects nearby.
